Privacy Policy

Effective 4 September 2026 Applies to TEN JAM on Android and iOS

The short version

  • No account, no sign-in, and we never ask for your name, email or contacts to play.
  • Your game progress lives on your own device, not on our servers.
  • The game sends anonymous gameplay events to Google Firebase Analytics so we can see which levels are too hard.
  • The game shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses a resettable device advertising identifier. Where the law requires consent, you are asked first and can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
  • If the game crashes, an anonymous crash report goes to Google Firebase Crashlytics so we can fix it.
  • Reminders to come back are built and scheduled on your own device, not sent from a server, and you can switch them off in Settings → Notifications.
  • We never see your payment details, and we do not sell personal information.
  • This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

1. Who we are

TEN JAM is developed and published by Orelia LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game handles, why it handles it, and what you can do about it. It covers the TEN JAM mobile game and this website at ten-jam.web.app.

If you would rather just ask a person, write to support@orelia.io.

2. Information the game handles

Gameplay analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to record anonymous gameplay events — levels started and completed, boosters used, coins earned and spent, store activity — together with the device-level identifiers Firebase assigns (such as an app-instance ID), device model, operating system version, and the country derived from your IP address. We use this to understand difficulty and retention and to improve the game. It is not used to identify you personally and it is not tied to a name or an account.

Crash and diagnostic data

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix crashes. If the game crashes or hits an unexpected error, Crashlytics sends a report containing the error and the sequence of code that led to it, plus the device model, operating system version, app version, and the state of the app at that moment — for example how much memory was free. These reports carry no name, email or account, and we use them only to diagnose and fix problems. They are never used for advertising and are never sold.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, the game schedules occasional reminders to come back and finish a board you left. These are created and stored on your own device: the reminder text is assembled locally from your own progress, no reminder is sent from a server, and no push token or device address is uploaded to us. Turn them off at any time with Settings → Notifications in the game, or in your operating system's notification settings for TEN JAM.

Advertising

TEN JAM is free and carries advertising served by Google AdMob. To select, deliver, cap and measure those ads, the AdMob SDK and its ad partners may process:

  • a resettable device advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID, or the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS if you allow tracking);
  • your IP address, and the approximate location that can be derived from it;
  • device and app information such as model, operating system, language, and the app version;
  • ad interaction data — that an ad was requested, shown, watched to the end, clicked or closed.

Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and anywhere else Google's consent framework applies, the game asks for your choice about personalised advertising through Google's consent message before any ad request leaves the device. You can reopen that form and change or withdraw your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the game. On iOS, the system App Tracking Transparency prompt governs use of the advertising identifier and can be changed in the iOS Settings app at any time.

Rewarded ads — the ones that pay you coins — are always opt-in: none plays unless you tap to start it.

Purchases

If in-app purchases are offered, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We never see or store your payment card, bank details or billing address. We receive a confirmation that a purchase completed — which product it was, the price and currency the store charged, and the store's own transaction identifier — so the game can unlock what you bought, and so we can measure which packs players find worth buying. That record is not linked to a name or an account.

Data stored on your device

Your progress — highest level reached, stars, coin balance, booster counts, sound and music settings, whether you have seen the tutorial — is stored in ordinary app storage on your own device. It is not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes it.

Support email

If you contact support@orelia.io we receive your email address and whatever you write to us, and we use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported.

3. What we do not collect

No account is required to play. We do not collect your name, email address (unless you write to us), phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, precise GPS location, or any file or content from your device. We do not track you across other apps or websites for our own purposes, and we do not build a profile of you.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing. Data is handled only by the service providers that make the game work:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or protect our rights — but there is very little to disclose, because we hold no account for you.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Change your ad consent. Open Settings → Privacy options in the game to reopen Google's consent form and change or withdraw your choice.
  • Turn reminders off. Settings → Notifications in the game stops them immediately and clears any already scheduled.
  • Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android, Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you reset or delete the advertising ID entirely. On iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking controls it.
  • Delete everything local. Uninstalling TEN JAM removes your progress, coins and settings from the device. There is no cloud copy to leave behind.
  • Ask us to delete analytics data. Email support@orelia.io and we will delete the analytics records associated with your app instance. It helps if you tell us your device model and roughly when you played, since we have no account to look you up by.
  • Statutory rights. Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Write to support@orelia.io and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Our legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the game; for personalised advertising, where consent is required, it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time as described above.

6. Children

TEN JAM is a general-audience game. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Where a store's age signals tell us a user is a child, ad requests are made in the restricted, non-personalised mode those signals require.

7. Retention

Analytics events are retained according to Firebase's standard retention settings for our project, after which Google deletes them. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your issue and to keep a record of it. Data stored on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the game.

8. Security

Data in transit between the game and our providers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We keep the number of people who can reach any of it to the minimum — and because we hold no account, no password and no payment data, there is very little about you for anyone to take. No system is perfectly secure, but we will tell you and the relevant authority if a breach ever affects your information and the law requires it.

9. International transfers

Orelia LLC is based in the United States, and Google processes analytics and advertising data on infrastructure that includes servers in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, our providers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.

10. This website

The site you are reading is deliberately plain. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers, no social widgets and no third-party scripts, and loads every image and font from its own domain, so visiting it does not hand your IP address to anyone but the host that serves the page. Our host, Google Firebase Hosting, keeps standard server request logs for security and operations.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date at the top will change with it, and anything material will also be noted in the app store listing. Continuing to play after an update means the updated policy applies to you.

12. Contact

Write to us with any privacy question, request or complaint. If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
